Oreo Cheesecake

I lurve cheese. Anything with cheese will makes me happy and i lurve cheese so muchie! Recently, i baked brownise. Unfortunately, i did not have baking oven.. therefore i tried it baked in the mircowave oven. Hmm... it taste good but the cake its too hard. As hard as the brick. Lolz...

Then i was thinking to make cheesecake without baking. Search lots of recipe online to make cheesecake without baking. So, i plan on the weekend going back hometown to make cheesecake plus gonna try bake again the brownise using the perfect oven.  Here is the recipe of my Oreo Cheesecake.

OREO CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:-

1 cup of crushed Oreo Cookies
50g butter (melted in room temperature)
500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Make sure is softened in room temperature)
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 teaspoon gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup whipped cream

Method:

1) Mix crushed Oreo cookies with butter and press into the springform pan and chill it in the fridge.
2) Beat cream cheese & sugar with the electric mixer and then pour in the gelatine mixture & whipped cream. Beat till smooth. If the crushed cookies left a few, mix in together.
3) Pour in the filling into the pan. And chill it for more than 4 hours or until it set.  Preferable chill it overnight.

Malacca Trip Part 2

After a long crowded walk at Jonker Street that night, we went back to the Villa for beers. I was not in the mood because i need to plan the next day Lunch for them... without any guide i just ask a few of their opinion but, no one is giving me ideas... so fc*k it! But i know i have to enjoy my trip... or else i wont be happy... plus my back bone was freaking pain... I went shower and everything, i join them for beers... till late night.

That night we laugh a lot and talks lots of stupid stuff and embarrassed ourself in front of new friend.. Oh well, who cares..... After beer everyone are like that... Around 1.30am, a few of them went to bed, coz we out of beer already.... and we got nothing to do....everyone is sleeping soundly but we are making lots of noisy in the villa...erm.... can say the whole area.... next road also can hear our laughter... hahhahah.... and it was like 2am plus in the morning. Babies in the villa sleeping and our voices still remain loud in the middle of the night. 

We plan to swim in the pool that night, but its like so late already... its not suitable to go for a swim.. plus we did not prepare any bikinis.. all we have is extra t-shirts and pants... One of the guy went in the pool with his boxers ONLY. Ewww..... boxers only ok!! Thats disgusting! hahahah.... No matter how disgusting also we end up in the pool... 6 in the pool and 1 is our camera man... 

I was force, or can say i was carry by the guys to go in the pool... First, they know they cant push me into the pool coz i hurt my back bone... so they carry... and slowly put me into the pool... the rest they were afraid, so they walk themselves into the pool.... Ann's word of that night was "Wa Ka Ki Lai, Wa Ka Ki Lai".... And she walks into the pool.. hahhahaha... She doesnt want the guys to push her in the pool, so she said she go in herself.... 

That night we finish at 3.30am... slept around 4am coz we need to wait our hair to dry... and have to wake up the next day at 7am for breakfast... darn!! Its like few hours sleep nia.. Anyway, i enjoyed the trip so much thou i was under stress mood... but i love the outing with my colleagues and my bosses... 

 

Company Trip to Malacca Part 1

Lately, i was busy working and planning for the trip to Malacca. Lack of time to blog. So now im free from everything and back... Ok. I was the organizer for the trip... Sighs.. It was so streess.. coz i dont like do planning for ppl... and i prefer ppl plan for me... but this time i gotta plan a trip for 20 person... plus accommodation and food... I hate this...!! If i do have the choice, i wont want to do this.... i was forced....hmmm....

Die die also have to do la... So plan plan plan and plan..... call up here and there..... stress stress.... sien sien..... end up the day is here... on th 7th November, 2 days 1 night at A'Famosa Villa. RM800plus per villa... with personal swimming pool...4 rooms... Awesome huh?!

The Itinerary goes like this.....

DAY 1

7am - meet up at office
7.30 - Starts Journey
9.30 - Reach Malacca
10.00 - Team Building
12.30pm - Buffet Lunch
2.30pm - Check - In
5.00pm - Gather up
6.00pm - Dinner
7.30pm - To Jonker Street
9.30pm - Back to Villa

 DAY 2

7.30am - Breakfast
9.00 - Animal World Safari
12pm - Back to Villa
1pm - Check-Out
1.30pm - Lunch & Back KL 

So, this is the plan.... everything goes well... yea of course, some places we need to wait some of them... coz they have family.. with kids.... so abit... mah fan... have to wait for them.... wtf?!  

Team Building was GREAT!! Unfortunately, i got injured... haihh.... team member didnt hear nicely what ppl said and then yea... i hurt my back... i fell from 3 feet to the ground...and landed on my buttock... and hurt my lower back bone....

First game was swing like a tarzan... lolz...



Second is the game that i hurt my back....crossing the hole without touching it... 





My team members carry me to point A to point B... From point A there are 2 strong man.... but point B there is this soft guy, carry my leg and never put it on the ground... so end up my buttock landed the ground 1st before my legs... sighss... so i got injured....  :(

Third game was crossing the spider webs without touching the strings....



That man is my Big bos... sorry bos.. im heavy!! Paiseh... they have to carry me again.....

Balance yourself to get thru the other end... or else we will fall..... looks easy... but once boh balance... all fall... hehehehe.... We have total 6 games... but taken only a few.... after team building we proceed to lunch buffet....

Birthday Celebration (2009)

This year i had lots of surprises for my birthday. On the 041009..  my parents, aunties and uncle and cousins celebrate my earlier birthday at TGIF, One U. So happy... coz normally they not around... :D



And the following celebration with my colleagues. We had dinner (Seafood) nearby office in Puchong. We loves crab.. so we had lots of crabs. hahaha... As usuall, crabs and beer... Sighs... My tummy gonna have beer belly ady.. :(



Awesome dishes...  i cant eat much coz my belly piercing still in pain coz i ate alot of  'poison' food... which make my belly gone itchy...

On the burfday eve, office got surprise cheesecake for me and my other colleague.. Her burfday is last month, but its on the weekend, so we ganti her cake together with mine.. hehehe... I loveee cheeeseeecakeee!! :D  So niceee....



Thats us...  others ady back to their cubicle, but us.... still having photo session in the meeting room... hahaha... The white shirt is my current department bos... but.. she can be as siao like us...  :D

The next day, im not working... took leave at the same time i clear my leave.. still got 7 days of annual leave to clear... I got lots of surprises on my real day... As usual we will have dinner together with my bro and friends.. But this time 'someone' planned the dinner and everything.. Normally my bro did those... he will arrange where to have dinner and order special cheesecake for me... this year he just sit and wait.. hahaha...

In the morning on the 9th October, parents came up to view houses in PJ and Subang.. had lunch and everything and we love the Pj house so much... and its was raining heavily.... parents went home around 5 plus... and i get ready for the dinner.... 'someone' pick me up around 7pm and guess wat..... he surprised me with a gift in his car drawer. A blue color paper bag with my name on it. Hahaha... Been smiling all the way..... Dont know why... hahahahah... :D

We on our way to The Gardens.. but i dont know where we gonna have  our dinner... I guess shud be Alexis..? maybe Sushi Zanmai...? or.....Hmm.... i got no idea where.... till he bring me to Italianese. :D  Never think of that place also.. hahhaha... booked table for 6 person.



Cupcakes which is my burfday cake of this year's bday... This also a surprise...  Its something new for my bday this year... Love it!! Love the cupcakes.... They are so beautiful!!



My BFF... Left: my many many years of BFF, Irene and Right: is my few years BFF, C.c... On that day i got a kiss from C.c... She put lipstick and lip gloss just to kiss me on my cheek.. hahahaaha....i love lipstick on my cheek.. hahahah... :D



We were busy camwhoring... The lighting getting brighter coz they closing soon... so its the nice lighting time... we took alot alot of pics... and the guys get ready for the next session.. to the Red Box.. but unfortunately its full and its abit expensive... so we didnt manage to sing that day.....



Thanks everyone!! I know this year its abit different... as in different people around celebrating with me... :)  Things change and life goes on...
